Jeep Wrangler

The iconic Jeep, renowned for its toughness and performance, takes it to the next level with the 2025 Jeep Wrangler. We’re going to dive in and check out some of its off-road features and capabilities.

It’s Trail-Rated

Every Wrangler carries the Trail-Rated badge, but it is not just an emblem. Trail-Rated means the Wrangler has demonstrated outstanding ability in five particular off-road challenges, namely water fording, traction, articulation, ground clearance, and maneuverability. Its water-resistant body openings, sealed electrical connections, and high air intake allow it to ford 34″ of water with ease.

The Wrangler can deliver 50:50 torque to the front and rear axles for excellent traction on difficult terrain. It has enhanced ground clearance of 9.7″, and up to 12.9″ with the Rubicon trim, enabling you to cross rocks and other difficult obstacles. High-performance wheelbases and precision steering give you unmatched control, while an approach angle of 47.4 degrees and a departure angle of 40.4 degrees make it easy to best obstacles.

Powerful Engine Choices

The Wrangler offers you a choice from three powerful engines. The standard engine is a 2.0L Turbo with 270 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque that’s so fuel economical it delivers 20 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway. For more power, you can choose the 3.6L Pentastar V6 that supplies 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. It will provide 20 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway.

If you’re looking for maximum power, the legendary 6.4L HEMI SRT V8 delivers 470 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. This engine is standard on the Rubicon trim and provides enhanced thermal efficiency by converting more of its fuel into combustible power than similar-sized engines. It also provides 19 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway.

Feel the Breeze

Part of the fun of going off-road is reveling in the open air, and the Wrangler gives you several ways to enjoy this freedom. If you choose a three-piece hardtop, it’s available in body color or black, and the top, the two panels above the driver and front passenger, and the rear canopy section are all removable. The Sunrider black hardtop option allows you to fold back the roof section above the front-row seats.

The Premium Sunrider black soft top option allows you to remove the back window and the two quarter windows and then remove the soft top completely. The Sky One-Touch Power Top choice allows you to remove the rear quarter windows, then press a button, and the Jeep’s top slides open to the back.
